ReMac-HQ Standard Return for Replacement Policy
ReMac-HQ offers returns for any purchases made online within 30 days of purchase date. ReMac-HQ can also offer replacements for defective products within that 30-day period.
Customers can contact our Customer Service team immediately if a refund, return, exchange or repair is necessary. Refused shipments may be subject to return freight charges.
Under no circumstances should any item be disassembled in any way, doing so will invalidate the ability to return item.
Damage During Shipment
If, you believe the product may have been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, ReMac-HQ will request documentation of the damage. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued and information will be provided for the return of the product.
Hardware Related Issues
If your product is malfunctioning due to hardware related problems, ReMac-HQ will be more than happy to troubleshoot any hardware issues in order to help find a resolution. If you are not comfortable with the item, it may be returned according to the following Return Guidelines.
Apple Limited Warranty & AppleCare+
The following only applies to products that include remaining Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare+ coverage plan, which will be disclosed prior to purchase.
Products with an active Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare+ coverage plan that require warranty service must be repaired through a local Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Apple Warranty Repair may also be requested by contacting Apple directly at 800-275-2273.
Fully Functioning Returns
If the product does not meet your needs, Simply contact ReMac-HQ within 30 days of the original invoice date for a RMA, it must be returned according to the following Return Guidelines.
Replacements
If you would like to apply your purchase toward a replacement unit, your full purchase price will be applied to the purchase of that unit. If you wish to receive your new item before returning the original item, a new order may placed at full price and a refund will be issued for the original item when it is returned and evaluated. ReMacHQ reserves the right to replace the item with an equivalent or better item. In the event that an acceptable product replacement cannot be found, the option to return the unit according the following Return Guidelines will be offered.
Customer Data
ReMac-HQ is not responsible for data loss. Backup of customer data is the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns or Repairs on systems frequently require the reformatting of the system. Customer should copy all data on the hard drive regularly and before Customer returns the product for service, refund, or exchange.
Return Guidelines
The item may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. The item will be evaluated and providing that everything that originally shipped with the item is returned and no damage was incurred since it was originally shipped, ReMac-HQ will provide a full refund excluding any expedited shipping charges from the original purchase. Customer will be responsible for return shipping, including insurance at the purchase price. ReMac-HQ is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. All product returns require a RMA number issued from ReMacHQ. Defective/DOA items that are reported within 72 hours of purchase, may be offered free shipping back to ReMac-HQ. Please inquire.
Returned items must meet the following guidelines:
-Item must have the identical serial number as recorded by ReMac-HQ at time of original shipment. Products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number will not be accepted as a valid return and will only be returned to customer at customer expense.
-Item must include all parts included with original shipment. Missing or damaged items will be deducted from refund amount.
-Item must be free of physical damage not documented in original listing.
Before returning an item, please ensure that:
-The item contains all of the original internal and external parts, cables, power adapters, etc. Everything that originally shipped with the item must be present.
-The RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging;
-You have included a copy of the original invoice inside the return packaging.
-Return shipping must include insurance at the original purchase price.
-Item must be shipped within 30 days of original purchase date or within 10 days of ReMac-HQ issuing RMA
-FIND MY DEVICE MUST BE DEACTIVATED BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A REFUND.
Availability for refund is determined at ReMac-HQ’s sole discretion.
Refunds
All authorized refunds will be credited to the payment method used at time of purchase. An evaluation based on the preceding Return Guidelines will be completed by ReMac-HQ within 72 hours of receipt of returned goods. Partial order returns on orders that were extended a shipping or other promotional discount will proportionally have such a discounts deducted from the refund. Any deductions due to missing items or damage, will be noted on the final invoice emailed at the time the refund is issued. Missing items may be returned and refunded after an evaluation of the items. Customer is responsible for all return shipping. All refunds are subject to the financial institutions' processing timelines. Freight is non-refundable.
Refund option is voided by any defect caused by accident, negligence, misuse, theft, vandalism, fire, water, or other peril, exposures to extremes of temperature, dust, or humidity, or improper electrical power or installation of components or other maintenance by anyone other than ReMac-HQ. THERE ARE NO EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY (AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS FIT FOR ORDINARY USE) EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. REMAC-HQ WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS FAILURE TO WORK, OR ANY OTHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Returns Beyond 30 Days from Original Purchase Date
ReMac-HQ allows you to return your item up to 3 years from purchase date. Items that are returned after 30 days will be considered rentals and the accrued rent will be deducted from the refund amount. If you would like to return your item between 30 days and 3 years from the purchase date and ReMac-HQ will help you determine your refund amount.
Any missing or damaged items will also be deducted from any refund amount. No returns will be accepted after 3 years from the purchase date.
